Return/Exchanges
We only offer Store Credit for Returns
Returns will be issued the refund amount in the form of E-Gift Card (digital gift card).
Our policy lasts 15 days. We must receive your exchange within 15 days of purchase in order for a full exchange amount; international orders have 33 days for returns.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, no makeup, no deodorant, no perfume, or any other type of wear stains, nor any animal hair, or dander shall be present on returned items. If any of these items or any type of wear is present return/exchange may be denied.
Non-returnable items:
- All Accessories: hats, jewelry, hair accessories, etc.
- All Swimwear
- All Intimates
- All Sale Items
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and order/invoice number.
Refunds for E-Gift Card
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
Final Sale items
Just that, they are final sale; no refunds or exchanges.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
